2009 BMW K 1300 R The BMW K 1300 R is a Standard style motorcycle with an MSRP that is still to be determined and is Upgraded for 2009. Power is provided by a 4-Stroke, 1293cc, Liquid cooled, DOHC, Horizontal In-line engine with Electric starter. The engine is paired with a 6-Speed Manual transmission and total fuel capacity is 5 gallons. The K 1300 R rides on Aluminum wheels with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. The front suspension is a Girder while the rear suspension is a Single Sided Swing Arm. Front Dual Hydraulic Disc brakes and rear Hydraulic Disc brakes provide for the stopping power. The K 1300 R comes standard with One-Piece, 2-passenger seating.
