In 1948 Soichiro Honda started the Honda Motor Company; designed first to build and export Honda motorcycles parts. But Honda launch the company’s first motorcycle in 1949 the “D-Type Dream”. The “dream” referred to Mr. Honda’s dream of produce cheap transportation for the people after World War II.
Honda motorcycles started to make their mark on the international stage with the introduction of the CB models. Introduced in 2001 as a 2002 model, the 1795cc VTX engine debuts as the largest displacement, mass-produced V-twin in the world. Producing 120 lb./ft. of torque arriving at 3500 rpm, it becomes the first true hot-rod V-twin cruiser with the muscle to match its style.
